It’s early on in the day and already UK Electro House artist Burns has me dancing in my seat. Born to an artist mother and heavyweight boxer father, he began playing guitar and piano as a child and took up sampling in his spare time. Burns is set to release his newest EP titled Burns 3 Teknique on October 5, 2009 (21-12 Records). This is the third installment of his four-EP project, and somehow he manages to make each record top the next. Filled to the rim with upbeat tunes, Burns has a true talent for mixing a song without taking away it’s familiarities. He has become a hit with indie and dance folks alike and is being sought after by bands, including Passion Pit and Empire of the Sun, who want their songs remixed. Pretty impressive, right?
