Southern Californian quartet Princeton is making waves in the music scene right now, with a packed schedule of significant tour dates – if you don’t know about them now, you will by the time the next two months are through. The candied dance-pop group will be opening three dates for Editors near sold out tour. Princeton will also be sharing the stage with Antlers and Casxio in order to promote their full length album, Cocoon of Love (Kanine) which was released September 2009. Cocoon of Love is eleven tracks of pure pop confection with 60s undertones, swelling chimes and strings, and deep vocals.
Princeton will be opening for Rogue Wave as part of San Francisco’s Noise Pop 2010 before moving onto another festival, SXSW. Be sure to catch at least one of their shows, if you don’t you will be far behind the curve. Check out their new video for “Calypso Gold” below!
