Josh McIntyre a.k.a Little Girls has remixed “10 Mile Stereo” a fantastic track from Beach House. I really dig McIntyre’s remix, he adds in more of the opening guitar element along with some extra percussion to give the song a new life of its own. I like this version better.
Little Girls also has plans to release a track on Volume 2 The Best of Both Records. It’s a Toronto/Olso based label that takes one band from each city. Little Girls Oslo counterpart will be garage punk band Love Pirate. Both bands will each provide a track that will be made into one of 300 copies of 7”. Little Girls featured track will be “////////” while Love Pirate will record a new song. The 7” will be available in time for SXSW.
